Location: Mansion House Oak Room. Private meeting.
SEAN O'MAHONY (S. Fermanagh): "Will the Minister for Home Affairs inform the House if it is the intention of the Government to establish Public Arbitration Courts and a Supreme Court of Appeal to decide matters of litigation, and, if so, when?"
Arthur Griffith in "The Resurrection of Hungary" had considered the idea of National Arbitration Courts no less important than a national civil service.
The HOME SECRETARY replied that a Committee had been set up by the previous Ministry to deal with this question and that a report would be submitted later.
